MOULD REMEDIATION

When it comes to removing and remediating mould there is no simple fix or one method suits all.

First and foremost to source or cause must be identified and rectified, having a full building condition inspection will lead to these answers.

Once the source has been identified the repairs and remediation can take place.

It is important to understand that remediation can be for isolated areas or for the whole property, in either case it is advisable to not be in the property whilst remediation and post remediation cleaning is taking place. 

During remediation and post remediation cleaning thousands if not millions of dust, mould, pollen spores will be aerosolised and will need removing.

Unfortunately we will have to advise on items that cannot be cleaned and will need disposal, luckily there are specialist companies available for cleaning and restoration of papers and photographs so these do not necessarily need to be lost.
